By accessing or using NeuroVoid's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

NeuroVoid provides lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through intelligent targeting and social network integration. Our services include:

  • Lead generation campaigns across multiple advertising channels
  • Lead qualification and verification services
  • Campaign analytics and reporting
  • Customer support and account management

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who:

  • Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
  • Meets your specified demographic and geographic criteria
  • Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
  • Has consented to be contacted by your business

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing efforts
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our leads according to the standards outlined in Section 4. If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeuroVoid's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all outstanding invoices.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
